Hello, my name is Emma Harger! I am a recent 2025 SPASH graduate and I’m pleased to be spending my summer with the CWSO. I am an avid fan of the CWSO, attending concerts annually with my friends and family and volunteering my time as an usher. My love for the orchestra first started when my cello teacher recommended I audition for the CWYSO’s Philharmonia. I played with that group for several years before moving up to the Youth Symphony on oboe. My experiences in performance groups like these cultivated my love for live music and ultimately motivated me to pursue a career in arts management. In the fall I will be attending Belmont University in Nashville, TN to major in Music Business with an emphasis on Live Event Management. I am grateful that the CWSO has provided me with the opportunity to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience before I begin my career and educational journey in Nashville.
