CWSOlstice is an annual dinner fundraiser put on by the CWSO. Diners plan their table decorations and meal, then gather outside amidst luminaries and twinkling lights. Participants are encouraged to and plan their own elegant culinary creations, beverages, table decorations, attire and service. Attendees bring their own food, some choose to bring tantalizing gourmet delicacies while others keep it simple and order pizza!

The 2024 event will be held at the downtown Stevens Point Square on Thursday, June 20, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. "Jazz for 90's Kids" will perform as the entertainment for the evening. Event goers can book a table and plan their attire and table decor! There are basket raffle items to bid on, a prize for the group with the BEST table decor, and a fun-filled evening!

BYO Picnic Dinner

Our goal was to raise $10,000 to further our educational outreach initiatives this Summer and help provide free live music performances throughout Central Wisconsin. We were able to raise $10,005 in 2023!

$30 per person OR $200 per Table of 8 (Recommend table for best table decor prize fun!)
